Wanibuchi, ein Schüler aus Juri Kibayashis Klasse, sieht aus wie das wandelnde Klischee eines Unruhestifters. Normalerweise hält er sich im Hintergrund und glänzt ohnehin nicht durch regelmäßige Anwesenheit, wenn er aber mal ein Ziel ins Auge fasst, ist er außergewöhnlich motiviert ... und vermöbelt auch gleich mal jeden, der ihm im Weg stehen könnte. Seit Eri Nitta aus seiner Klasse vom Geist von Nobunaga Oda besessen ist, fühlt er sich zu ihr hingezogen bzw. zu ihrem rauen Charme (»rau« in diesem Sinne = gewalttätig). Er plant seitdem sorgfältig, wie er sie am besten für sich gewinnen kann.
