Kurz vor einem Konzert des Schul-Kammerorchesters entdeckt Siren auf einem der Instrumente eine der gesuchten Noten aus dem legendären Notenblatt. Sie kapert daraufhin das Konzert und richtet mit dem zum Negatone verwandelten Cello Chaos in der Aula an. Hibikis Vater Dan Houjou, der berühmte Komponist, bleibt neben den beiden Precure als einziger unbeeinflusst von der „Melodie der Sorgen“, welche der Negatone erklingen lässt.
