Rufus Bielefeld ist ein junger Mazoku (=Dämonenrasse) und ein Feuermagier.
Gemeinsam mit seinem besten Freund Siegbert Voltaire, schloss er sich der Armee von Shinou an. Dieser zog gegen den Soushu (=ein formloses Wesen, welches alle negativen Emotionen der Menschheit in sich trägt) in den Krieg, welches drohte die ganze Welt zu vernichten.

Er ist ein Vorfahre von Wolfram von Bielefeld und hat vor 4.000 Jahren gelebt.
