Vor einigen Jahren verließ sie ihre beiden Töchter Mizuno und Marino auf der Suche nach ihrem Ehemann, um ihn zur Familie zurück zu bringen, die er kurz zuvor verlassen hatte. Unerwarteterweise taucht sie nun wieder auf der Southern Cross Insel auf, von dem sie bisher nur ihre Tante in Kenntnis gesetzt hat. Mittlerweile lebt sie in Kyoto und ihr Besuch auf der Insel ist nur von zeitlicher Dauer, möchte sie ihre Töchter zwar wiedersehen, scheint es aber eher der Fall zu sein, dass sie nur dringend Geld braucht, um das sie ihre Tante bittet.
