Noch vor der Hölle gelingt es dem Himmel, die Erschaffung einer künstlichen Lebensform abzuschließen - dieses Wesen ist NAGI (Kurzform für New Angelic Gaia Interface), die als erstes den Auftrag erhält, die vom Dämon Feitus entführte Hikari Jinno zu befreien. Nagi handelt streng innerhalb ihrer Auftragsparameter, zu denen bspw. nicht gehört, mit den anderen Freundschaft zu schließen. Entsprechend stoisch und emotionslos gibt sie sich die ganze Zeit. In einer Hinsicht zeigt sie sich dagegen alles andere als zurückhaltend: Da sie zur Verwandlung in ihre Krieger-Form Djibril Zero wie alle Djibrils die Energie Amore benötigt, fordert sie Naoto Jinno völlig nüchtern und ohne mit der Wimper zu zucken zur unverzüglichen Kopulation auf.
