Die dunkle Straße entlang und in den Bahnhof hinein. Einem fällt gleich auf, dass dieser Bahnhof schon seit langem geschlossen hat, da alles sehr baufällig und alt wirkt. Doch inmitten dieser trostlosen Landschaft von grauen, kalten Wänden sieht man etwas strahlen. Ein helles Licht, einen Schriftzug. „Kiosk“. Nicht, dass das allein auffällig wäre, nein. Den Kiosk bedient auch noch ein kleines Mädchen. Koume. Sie wirkt sehr neutral und wenn sie spricht kommt auch keine einzige Emotion durch. Spätestens dann sollte man merken, dass irgendetwas nicht stimmt. Denn man befindet sich hier im Heim des Shinigami Zarame und Koume ist die Torwärterin seines Heimes. Und auch seine persönliche Assistentin. Denn wenn mal Besuch für ihn da ist, so muss sie die Übersetzerin spielen, da seine Sprache den Menschen unbekannt ist.
