Die anderen A-Loan Mitglieder sind alle hochmotiviert und wollen es Z-Loan ordentlich zeigen. Doch Tsugumi kann von diesem Sturm an positiver Energie nicht mitgerissen werden. Ihm ist die ganze Geschichte eher vollkommen gleichgültig und er möchte bloß seine Ruhe haben. So bekundet er nach jeder Jagd, wo er zwar sehr gut gekämpft sich aber ja nicht verausgabt hat, wie müde er ist, und dass es doch für den Tag reiche. Auch verbringt er seine Zeit lieber mit Musikhören anstatt einer wichtigen Rede seiner Kollegen oder des Bosses zuzuhören.
