Der Chemielehrer Joutarou Shimohei transferiert mitten im Schuljahr an eine neue Schule, weil er eine Mission zu erfüllen hat: Schülerinnen zu bestrafen, die gegen die Regeln verstoßen. Die neue Lehrkraft im Laborkittel wird von den meisten augenblicklich als lahm, uninteressant und nicht weiter beachtenswert eingestuft - vor allem sieht man von ihm keinerlei Bedrohung ausgehen, da er sehr freundlich und betont locker auftritt,vielleicht ein wenig verschroben, aber nicht in verdächtigem Maße. Seine Mission verfolgt er aber mit stoischer Konsequenz: sobald er einen Regelverstoß ausmacht oder einen Verdacht hat, setzt er psychologische Kniffe und letztendlich sexuelle Nötigung ein um die Schülerinnen dazu zu zwingen, ihres Fehlverhaltens einsichtig zu werden. Die Lehrerin Hinako Kuji macht ihm besonders Sorgen, da er vermutet, die Verantwortung für so manche Disziplinlosigkeit läge bei ihr.
