Leonardo Lippi ist immer an Byakurans Seite anzutreffen und ist derjenige, der ihn am Laufenden hält; er ist also derjenige, der die Berichte an Byakuran weiterleitet. Viele von ihm verrichtete Arbeiten sind dabei sehr kräftezehrend, doch das stört ihn nicht weiter, da er sich gerne in der Nähe von Byakuran aufhält, dem er mit sehr viel Respekt entgegentritt.

In Wirklichkeit ist er Byakuran gar nicht so treu untergeben, sein eigentlicher Name lautet Guido Greco und er hat sich bereits einen Namen als Terrorist gemacht, der mehreren Menschen das Leben nahm. Aber auch das ist noch nicht das ganze Geheimnis hinter seiner Person. Denn gegen seinen Willen wird er von Mukuro Rokudou benutzt, der dazu in der Lage ist den Körper eines anderen Menschen zu übernehmen.
