Hisako ist eine Kindheitsfreundin von Kaname und hat immer noch regen Kontakt zu ihm. Sie ist eigentlich recht freundlich und höflich, freut sich auf jeden Fall immer auf die Treffen mit Kaname. Auch wenn er krank ist, umsorgt sie ihn liebevoll. Dabei nimmt sie gerne Sachen selbst in die Hand und kocht beispielsweise für ihn oder scheucht seine Freunde, die ihn in seiner Krankheit nerven, weg, damit er seine Ruhe hat.
