Der Wachmann der SSA (Solomon Space Association)-Anlage. Zu seinen anderen Aufgabenbereichen soll er heute zusätzlich noch dafür Sorge tragen, dass niemand das Gelände in Richtung Wald verlässt, weil dort gerade die Abteilung für Sicherheit einige Schussübungen mit scharfer Munition durchführt. Davon lässt sich Matsuri allerdings nicht aufhalten, denn nicht umsonst reiften ihre geliebten Tariho-Nüsse ganze neun Jahre im Wald, dass sie diese nun so einfach aufgeben würde. Mit ihren Kulleraugen, die scheinbar eine hypnotische Wirkung auf den Wachmann haben, kann sie ihn schließlich doch dazu überreden das Tor aufzumachen.
