Der Fernseh-Anime Kurogane no Necromancer (くろがねのネクロマンサー, eng. Full Metal Necromancer) ist derzeit Kobato Hasegawas allerliebste Lieblingsserie, von der sie keine einzige Episode verpasst. Die Heldin, Lace von Dracula Shikabane, eine düstere Vampirmagierin, die sich im ständigen Kampf mit ihrer Konkurrentin Guernica Barnfield befindet, ist Kobatos allergrößtes Vorbild, sodass sie sich sogar so kleidet und so spricht, wie ihre Fernsehheldin.
