Mit Haguromo Hime, Kekko Honey, Susanoo und Mark Angel bildet der Gott der Armut ein Team und vertritt den Plan des Himmels einige Erdenbewohner auszuradieren, damit ihr Reich mit ausreichend Energie, Soulperglue genannt, versorgt werden kann, weshalb er mit den anderen in einem Wettstreit gegen die Hölle und deren Vertretern, der Demon Patrol, gegenübertritt. Nach seinem Erscheinungsbild macht die Gottheit mehr den Eindruck eines kleinen Kindes und ist im Grunde auch nicht wirklich bedrohlich für die Mitglieder der Demon Patrol, einschließlich Harumi, wäre da nicht der bestialische Gestank den er ausströmt, der den dicksten Elefanten von den Beinen und darüber hinaus holen würde.
