Sakuya ist eine Dienerin von Kuuya und die Enkelin von Genjimaru und die Schwester von Hien. Sie ist ziemlich flink auf den Beinen und sehr geschickt, so kann sie zum Beispiel Decken entlang krabbeln. Sie wird Hakuoro von Kuuya als Konkubine angeboten, indem Kuuya sagt, dass sie »gut im Bett sei«, was in einem ziemlichen Missverständnis mündet. Allerdings lehnt Hakuoro dieses Angebot dankend ab. Aufgrund ihrer Herkunft trägt sie, genauso wie ihr ganzes Volk, hasenähnliche Ohren.
