Dii ist ein Onkamiya, der Niwe als Berater dient; dabei zeigt er nicht nur eine bemerkenswerte Wortgewandheit, sondern weist auch strategisches Geschick auf. Seine Beweggründe sind nicht ganz klar, aber es scheint so, als würde er nicht ganz uneigennützig handeln.

In Dii steckt die böse Hälfte von Witsuarunemitea. Nun wandert er von Land zu Land um dort Kriege anzustiften; wenn ein Herrscher fällt, geht er einfach zum Nächsten. Er ist sehr gerissen und weiß genau, was er machen und sagen muss, um einen Krieg herbeizurufen.
