Bei Kai Doon handelt es sich um den Lehrer von Kiyora Miki, der gleichzeitig ein weltberühmter Violinen Spieler ist. Als Konzertmeister durfte er sogar in der Berliner Philharmoniker spielen und das obwohl er eigentlich die Karriere als Solist bevorzugt und deswegen auch aus seinen Studenten immer versucht, welche zu machen. Der Dirigent hat es mit einem Partner wie ihm auch sehr einfach, denn Kai weiß sofort, welche Musik der Dirigent spielen möchte und kann sich entsprechend den Wünschen anpassen.
