Ein Jahr hat es gedauert, bis Touma es geschafft hat, Amedeo von seiner Hand essen zu lassen und jetzt zeigt er jedem Besucher, was für ein zutrauliches, schüchternes und niedliches Äffchen er doch hat. Auch Chitto und Helga kommen in den Genuss, es zu beobachten und versuchen, es zu füttern. Bei Chitto ist Amedeo noch recht zögerlich, kommt aber letztendlich; schließlich ist Touma dabei. Doch bei Helga kann er sich kaum zurück halten, auf ihr herum zu hüpfen und sie zu liebkosen. Natürlich zu Toumas Missgunst, da er in dem Moment nur das Jahr harter Arbeit die Zutraulichkeit des Tieres für sich zu gewinnen vor Augen hat. Aber er bleibt nicht lange wütend sondern bald spielen die 4 glücklich und friedlich zusammen.
