Tusukuru ist die Großmutter von Eruruu und Aruruu und diejenige, die Hakuoru wieder gesund gepflegt hat. Darüberhinaus ist sie noch die Anführerin ihres Dorfes. Sie ist ein sehr freundlicher und herzensguter Mensch und wird im ganzen Dorf geliebt; aber sie hilft auch Leuten außerhalb ihres Dorfes, die Hilfe brauchen, so wie Yuzuha. Von ihr lernt Eruruu auch die Kunst Verletzte zu behandeln.

Das neue Königreich wird zu Ehren von ihr Tusukuru genannt.
