Ikushima ist ebenfalls der Meinung wie ihre Freundin Yanagi, nämlich der, dass Slice-of-Live ein Genre für weibliche Protagonisten ist. Diese Meinung weiß sie auch stark zu vertreten, wenn sie allerdings ab und an mit Yanagin in Konflikt darüber gerät.
