Dass ihr Sohn den Test versemmelt hat und diesen nun wiederholen muss, stellt für Boccas Mutter eine regelrechte Demütigung dar und kann ihre Enttäuschung dafür nicht zurückhalten. Insbesondere in Anbetracht dessen, dass sein Bruder Nao mit Auszeichnung die Schule abschloss und nun im Unternehmen seines Vaters arbeitet. Dort wo eigentlich auch Bocca hin sollte. Dass ihr Gatte das nicht ganz so eng sieht, liegt wohl in erster Linie daran, dass er notfalls die Noten erkauft.
