Obwohl Silverman inzwischen ein 123-jähriger Mann ist, begegnet man ihm immer noch mit großem Respekt, was vor allem an seinen Kräften liegt. Er mag unscheinbar aussehen, hat aber wortwörtlich einen tödlichen Atem. Gleichzeitig kann er ein Sekret aus seinem Mund aussondern, das einen Menschen kontrollieren kann, sobald man es ihm einflößt. Sein Bestreben ist es, seine Organisation, die Three Masons, wieder an die Spitze zu führen und zur mächtigsten Organisation zu machen. Aufgrund der modernen Technologie leidet die Organisation zumindest sehr, was er gedenkt, mit Hilfe des Neovirus, zu verändern.
