Als sich Ran auf den Weg zu den Hazard-Aktivisten macht, denen er sich unbedingt anschließen möchte, kommt er an seinem alten Zuhause vorbei, wo ihn kurz darauf eine Vision ereilt. Hier sieht er vergangene Ereignisse aus besseren Tagen als seine Mutter noch lebte, die sich um ihn mit viel Fürsorge kümmerte, und er noch ein glückliches, sorgenfreies Leben führen konnte. Bis Ran und seine Mutter mitten in die Auseinandersetzung von Hazard-Aktivisten und Rodoisten gerieten.
