Die erste Konfrontation mit diesem Mädchen ist für Arsène Lupin eine sehr nervige, denn nicht nur dass er von ihr als Pädophiler bezeichnet wird, da er im Besitz einer Puppe ist, sondern sie stiehlt diese Puppe auch. Grund dafür, dass er sie mit sich trägt, ist ein Diamant, den er in der Puppe versteckt hat, weswegen es ihm natürlich gar nicht passt, dass sie ihm entwendet wurde. Bei Julia handelt es sich keineswegs um ein gewöhnliches Mädchen, denn sie ist die Tochter von Douglas. Großen Wohlstand besitzt sie daher seit jeher, weswegen sie einen gewissen Luxus gewohnt ist, wobei sie sich ab und zu mehr Nähe zu ihrer Familie wünschen würde.
