Haruna ist Krankenschwester im Kiyosato-Krankenhaus und Dr. Shuuji Yamada unterstellt, den sie anfangs immer als freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Vorgesetzten ansah, bis dieser sie erpresste ihm das Passwort für vertrauliche Daten zu geben.
Nachdem sie sich anfangs weigerte, verliebte sie sich allerdings mit der Zeit in ihn und ist seitdem bereit ihn bei seinen Plänen Takao Kiyosato als Mörder seines Vaters zu entlarven mit aller Macht zu unterstützen.
Allerdings nutzt Shuuji sie aus, um auch Misako Kiyosato und Aki Katsuyama mit einzuspannen, was ihr missfällt, da sie Shuuji lieber für sich alleine haben will.
