Ebenso wie Edgar ist Huskley auch auf der Suche nach dem Schwert der Merrow, was sich für Edgar als sehr lästig herausstellt. Denn Huskley stellt sich als äußerst hartnäckiger Rivale heraus, der ihm wie ein Schatten folgt. Doch obwohl er einige hinterhältige Tricks verwendet und auch schon versucht vor Edgar Lydia als Feendoktorin für sich zu gewinnen, hat er gegen diesen nicht den Hauch einer Chance, denn spätestens wenn es zu einem Kampf kommt, ist Edgar ihm haushoch, dank seines fähigen Dieners Raven, überlegen, trotz Pistole und seinen zahlreichen Männern.
