Shun geht in die fünfte Klasse einer Grundschule, zumindest sollte er das. Doch er und seine Gang scheinen nicht viel auf die Schule zu geben. Stattdessen suchen sie ständig Ärger.

Shun hat von der legendären Marimo gehört und möchte es mit ihr aufnehmen, zumal er Herausforderungen liebt. Schwächlinge allerdings hasst er mehr als alles andere, welche er dann lieber seinen Handlangern überlässt.
Der blonde Raufbold schreckt vor Gewalt nicht zurück, auch vor Lehrern nicht, welche ihn sogar fürchten. Er lässt sich also von nichts und niemandem etwas sagen, bis er auf Marimo trifft...
