Lord Kasumi ist ein Geschwaderkommandant, der direkt Oberbefehlshaberin Murassa unterstellt ist. Er fliegt bei der Übergabe des von Amalghan Ludol unterschriebenen Kapitulationsdokuments mit und zeigt sich hocherfreut, als er nach dem Öffnen der Geheimdokumente des Königs feststellt, dass er doch keine Generalamnestie erlassen hat, sondern die Rebellen in eine Falle lockt, denn die verachtet Kasumi aus tiefstem Herzen. Noch mehr hasst er nur die Ferrarios, die er als unreine Kreaturen betrachtet, denen keiner seiner Leute zu nahe kommen sollte.
