Persona fällt vor allem dadurch auf, nicht nur sehr dunkel und unheimlich gekleidet zu sein, sondern auch ständig eine Maske zu tragen. Diese dient eigentlich aber auch nur dazu sein Alice zu kontrollieren, denn nicht ohne Grund ist Persona der Lehrer der Gefahrengruppe. Sein Alice ist nämlich das des Todes, wodurch alles, was er berührt, abstirbt. Ob es nun Pflanzen oder sogar Menschen sind. Obwohl er Natsume als seinen besten Schüler bezeichnet, bereitet er ihm einiges an Schwierigkeiten und besonders zu mögen scheint Natsume ihn auch nicht.
