Den jungen Beamten Hiroshi muss man fast ein wenig bemitleiden: Ein netter, freundlicher junger Mann ohne große Auffälligkeiten und Anzeichen eines „Zu gut für diese Welt“-Syndroms, weil er doch eher der passive Typ ist. Die Avancen einer 11-jährigen Grundschülerin ließen sich noch mit Humor nehmen, doch macht sich ebenso deren Lehrerin daran, ihn sich zu angeln und bei den daraus entstehenden Grabenkämpfen steckt er mittendrin, ohne etwas dafür zu können.
