Für seine Schüler ist Sportlehrer Kazutarou Dougou eher als lästig zu bezeichnen, denn bei den meisten sorgen seine Wortspiele eher für Augenrollen als Gelächter. Zumal sind seine Trainingsmethoden fast genauso exzentrisch wie er zuweilen auftritt, mal davon abgesehen, sind ihm aber seine Schüler sehr wichtig. Ganz andere Probleme hat Kazutarou in puncto Liebe, denn seine Liebe zu Chimo Yakusa scheint schon dermaßen hoffnungslos zu sein, so dass er sogar dazu bereit ist seine Schülerinnen um Hilfe bitten.
