Kongs kleine Schwester Chako ist schwer krank und sie besteht darauf, dass Black Jack sie behandelt, da er bereits eine Freundin von ihr wieder gesund pflegen konnte. Weil sie so sehr auf ihn besteht, muss ihr Bruder Kong wirklich nach ihm suchen, doch da er ihn nicht finden kann, muss Keaton als Ersatz herhalten. Zwar mag Keaton kein Arzt sein, doch besucht er in seiner Schule den Drama Club, weswegen er zumindest einen Doktor spielen kann. Die Krankheit selbst kann er so zwar nicht bezwingen, doch schenkt er ihr so neuen Lebensmut.
