Die Verwandlung in seine wahre Gestalt vollzieht Bloody nur äußerst selten, da er es nicht für notwendig erachtet, sich auf diese Weise seine Finger schmutzig zu machen. In dieser Form ähnelt er einer Fledermaus, was einmal mehr seinen an einen Vampir erinnernden Charakter unterstreicht. Seine Flügel bilden gleichzeitig einen Umhang, mit denen er natürlich fliegen kann und abgesehen von einem Zuwachs an Stärke greift er auch verwandelt zu seinen tückischen Psycho-Spielchen, mit denen er Pretty Cure entzweien will.
