Den größten blauen Diamanten bringt er in Sayoko Mitamuras Museum, doch kann man an seiner Kompetenz etwas zweifeln. Er erkennt nämlich nicht, dass der Edelstein, den er bei ihr abliefert, bereits ausgetauscht wurde; der Diamant, den er überbringt, ist also eine Fälschung. Seine Unachtsamkeit lässt sich aber mit der großen Vorsichtnahme beim Transport erklären, denn niemals hätte er vermutet, dass jemand unbemerkt in ein fahrendes Fahrzeug einsteigen könnte.
