Forte (Modellbezeichnung NBC PC2198 AZ Forte) gehört der gleichen Baureihe von Biocomputern an wie Mimi, repräsentiert aber eine neuere Generation. Sie ist ihrem Meister völlig ergeben und lebt nur, um ihn glücklich zu machen, von dessen Seite gestaltet sich die Zusammenarbeit dafür wesentlich nüchterner: Er ist seinem Modell dankbar für die Hilfe bei seinen Projekten, die er ohne sie nicht durchführen könnte, hat aber keine emotionale Bindung zu ihr wie Akira und Mimi eine teilen, so dass es ihn auch nicht übermäßig träfe, wenn er sich einen neuen Computer zulegen müsste.
Forte nimmt ihre Aufgabe, den Schutz eines Regierungssystems, äußerst ernst und betrachtet dieses Gebiet als ihr Territorium, dass sie stolz und unnachgiebig verteidigt. Als sie Mimi zum ersten Mal begegnet, während diese sich mit Akira in der virtuellen Realität von Fortes Bereich aufhält, wo sie die persönlichen Daten ihrer menschlichen Tarnidentität eingeben will, greift sie sie sofort an. Sowieso fühlt sie sich ihr überlegen, da Mimi ein AX-System ist, während Forte der neueren, fortgeschritteneren AZ-Reihe angehört. Auch wenn sie sie am Anfang überhaupt nicht leiden kann, kommt in ihr so etwas wie Neid, aber auch Sympathie für sie auf, als sie die Aufopferungsbereitschaft sieht, die Akira und Mimi füreinander aufbringen, so dass sie sich zum Schluss wünscht, auch einen solchen Meister wie Akira zu haben.
