Shamsiel ist ein Succubus, der zurzeit das Reich Boan unsicher macht. In ihren nächtlichen Streifzügen macht sie Jagd auf Männer und erzwingt sich von ihnen den von ihr äußerst geliebten weißen männlichen Lebenssaft, was leider zu deren Ableben führt. Was sie in ihrer verspielten Art aber nicht sonderlich kümmert. Leider macht sie den Fehler und sucht sich als jüngstes Opfer den jungen Lute aus, der zufällig auch noch auf sie angesetzt wurde.
Eigentlich wäre er gegen sie und ihre magischen Kräfte chancenlos. Jedoch hat er eine weitaus stärkere Libido als ihre bisherigen Opfer und so kommt es zu dem Deal, dass wenn er ihr stets »zur Verfügung« steht, sie keine anderen Menschen mehr anfällt.
Von da an steht sie ihm in nur jeglicher Form zur Seite, beschützt ihn mit ihren telepathischen Fähigkeiten vor Angriffen und spioniert unsichtbar seinen Widersachern hinterher. Nebenbei hilft sie dabei mit, dass die üppig gebauten Damen in Lutes Nähe an ihm Gefallen finden.
