Emi Izumi ist die Vorsitzende des Filmclubs an der Otawa High-School; sie wird aber eigentlich nur mit »Miss President« angesprochen. Momentan ist viel Trubel im Club, denn es steht das Filmfestival an und da wollen sie unbedingt gewinnen, doch findet sie die Arbeit von Kyousuke Tsutsumi nicht so berauschend und sagt ihm er solle lieber etwas Normales filmen. Sie scheint mehr für Kyousuke zu empfinden, als sie zugeben möchte und reagiert deswegen gereizt, wenn er anderen Mädchen hinterher schaut; sie scheint auch ein wenig egoistisch zu sein.
