Kyouko fängt in dem Krankenhaus als Teilzeitschwester an, in dem ihre Schwester bereits als Pflegekraft arbeitet. Was sie eigentlich zu tun hat, lässt sie sich allerdings nicht entlocken, sondern zeigt ihr nur den Schrank mit den Uniformen und verabschiedet sich dann verschmitzt lächelnd, dass sie schon zurechtkommen würde und am besten den Doktor alles fragen sollte. Dass sie sich so schnell verkrümelt, hat einen besonderen Grund, da ein Patient im Anmarsch ist, mit dem keiner etwas zu tun haben will.
