Unter den vier Mädchen übernimmt Airy weitestgehend die Kundenlieferungen. Sie besitzt einen sehr großzügigen sowie fürsorglichen Charakter, so gehört ein täglicher Besuch bei den Waisenkindern in der Kirche zur Routine, wo sie dann Brot und andere Leckereien verteilt, die nicht weiter verkauft werden. Früher war sie offenbar selber in der Kirche tätig, bis sie ihre große Leidenschaft in der Backstube fand. Ihre priesterliche Tracht trägt sie aber heute noch. Genauso wie Amil und Neris lernte sie einst von Madera, die sie ebenfalls bewusstlos und beinahe ohne Erinnerungen am Strand vorfand.
