Bei diesem Mann handelt es sich um einen unabhängigen Waffenhändler, der sich als überaus umtriebig zeigt und auch Verbindungen zum Geheimdienst seines Landes unterhalten soll. Wie schnell klar wird, ist er sehr von sich überzeugt und scheint nur wenig Respekt für konkurrierende Händler übrig zu haben. So zeigt er auch gegenüber Koko Hekmatyar keinerlei Zurückhaltung und ist sich sicher gegenüber ihr die Oberhand zu behalten. Viel zu spät merkt er, dass er sich mit der falschen Person angelegt hat und sie doch eine Nummer zu groß für ihn ist.
