Peepley Lulu arbeitet am Dock Nr.1 als einer von vier Werkmeistern für die Firma Galley-La, diese ist der größte ansässige Schiffshersteller in Water 7 und ihre Mitarbeiter gelten als die besten Zimmermänner. Seine Fähigkeiten kommen besonders im Schmiedebereich zum Tragen, da er dort sehr bewandert ist.

Peeply ist überall tätowiert und hat extrem viel Gel in den Haaren. Jedoch wollen oftmals seine Haare nicht so, wie er gerne möchte, so dass sie hin und wieder herausstehen. Bei dem Versuch sie wieder zu richten, schießen sie dann woanders heraus. Wenn es die Situation verlangt, kann er aber auch kämpfen.
