Eines der Mitglieder des Yachtclubs der Hakuoh Academy. Wie alle der Mädchen hilft Ursula bei der Bedienung der Odette II aus. Zusammen mit Shouko achtet sie hier auf Radar- und Sonarsystem. Ursula wirkt noch etwas kindisch aufgedreht und übernimmt das Anwerben neuer Mitglieder für den Club, indem sie als Rakete verkleidet ist und Broschüren verteilt. Als die nominelle Crew der Bentenmaru erkrankt und der Yachtclub ihren Part übernimmt, trägt sie während des Überfalls auf die Princess Apricot das Kostüm eines Dinosauriers oder irgendeines Monsters.
