Isuka ist ein Dragon Knight und wurde mit Tobi und Atori gruppiert. Er scheint eher eine ruhige Person zu sein und ist leicht zu manipulieren. Als er auf die Erde geschickt wird sagt er, dass er sich gerne friedlich in diesem Zeitraum »auflösen« würde. Über seine Vergangenheit ist nichts bekannt.

Randnotiz:
Die Namen sämtlicher Dragon Knights leiten sich von den japanischen Bezeichnungen für Vogelarten ab, bei Isuka ist es der Bindenkreuzschnabel.
