Nachdem Ken-Oh nur ein Unentschieden in seinem Kampf gegen Kenshirou erringen konnte, löste sich seine Streitkraft in Luft auf, da die Loyalität seiner Leute nur darauf zurückzuführen war, dass sie dem Stärksten folgten. Auch Medicine City, eine Stadt, die einst Medizin für Raoh herstellte, ist nun nicht mehr von seinen Männern besetzt, weswegen sich Galf in dieser Stadt einnistete. In dieser Stadt ist das Leben eines Menschen nichts Besonderes, denn ein Hund steht weit über einem Menschen, was natürlich verdeutlicht, wie sehr Galf Hunde mag.
