Um die Miami Police zu vernichten, stiehlt Professer Mad Demon die Leiche des verstorbenen Polizisten Iroutaru Sumi, und belebt ihn als Cyborg wieder. Damit er auch seine ehemaligen Kollegen angreift, löscht er ihm das Gedächtnis, um ihn danach auf Yao und Lu zu hetzen. Dabei macht er allerdings den Fehler ihn »Junshoku« zu nennen, was Iroutaru so missfällt, dass er den Professor umgehend ausschaltet.
