Als Leiter der »Miami City Mädchenschule« ist der Schulleiter dort eigentlich für das Wohl der Schülerinnen verantwortlich. Tatsächlich lässt er sie aber lieber an militärischen Auswahlverfahren für die »Special Forces« teilnehmen, und sorgt dafür, dass die Besten einfach verschwinden, und an das Militär verkauft werden. Der Kopf hinter diesem Plan ist Nagisa, die als Schülerin der Schule alles unauffällig im Auge behalten kann. Da sie dem Schulleiter einen gewaltigen Anteil versprochen hat, läuft bisher auch alles nach Plan.
