Kate Scott ist Kapitänin des AX-Kampfschiffes Iron Maiden, von hier aus koordiniert sie alle AX-Agenten und agiert als Überträger aller Informationen zwischen ihnen. Allerdings tritt sie nie persönlich in Erscheinung, sondern nur in Form eines Hologrammes, da sie sich in einem komatösen Zustand befindet. Lediglich mit Hilfe ihres langjährigen Freundes Professor William Walter Wordsworth und seinen Erfindungen ist es ihr möglich trotzdem am Leben teilzunehmen.

Sie wird von allen Agenten, aber auch von Catherina Sforza sehr geschätzt, denn sie hat eine sehr starke Persönlichkeit und reagiert stets sachlich ohne ausfallend zu werden. Insbesondere ihr Kräutertee ist enorm beliebt.
