Touya und Koharu sind schon seit sie Kinder waren befreundet und daher kennt er ihre Neigung zu Gewalttätigkeiten, denn die einzige Nachkommin des Leiters eines Dojos und daher auch Erbin seines Kampfstils weiß ihre Kraft nicht richtig einzuschätzen und ist daher selbst unter den Schlägertypen der Stadt als eine Person verschrien, mit der man sich besser nicht anlegen sollte. Sie hat Touya früher sehr oft als Sparringspartner gehabt, sich beim Kampf aber nie zurück gehalten, zu Touyas Leidwesen, der danach regelmäßig grün und blau geprügelt war. Dass er trotzdem immer wieder mit ihr trainierte, liegt daran, dass sie jedes Mal, wenn sie ihn um etwas bittet, sich so süß und niedlich aufführt, dass er ihr nichts abschlagen kann. Ein weiteres Charakteristikum ist ihre naiv-unschuldige schonungslose Offenheit, selbst bei Themen, die sie lieber als privat betrachten sollte. Daher hat sie sich auch nichts dabei gedacht, sich von Akimi einen rosafarbenen „Shinpa“ andrehen zu lassen, der ihre Vorliebe für Analverkehr für jeden sichtbar macht, der sich mit den Farben dieser Fäden auskennt.
