Tsukumo ist Mitglied der Organisation Circus und eine von Hiratos Untergebenen. Sie ist eher ruhig und besonnen und hat ihre eigene Art, sich zu präsentieren. Sie ist im Kampf nicht zu unterschätzen, da sie unglaubliche physische Kräfte hat und dabei selbst mit muskelbepackten Männern mithalten kann. Im Zirkus dient sie als Akrobatin und wird dort von allen sehr gemocht. Sie freundet sich mit Nai an und nimmt für ihn den Platz einer großen Schwester ein. Sie ist die meiste Zeit mit Hirato unterwegs und ist auch die Erste, die mit Gareki und Nai Kontakt hat.
