Der Chef der Band HE★VENS ist seit Jahren ein Rivale von Shining und immer wenn die beiden aufeinander treffen, herrscht ein wilder Kampf von Posen, Auftritten und Selbstbelobigung. Noch dazu ist Raging der Vater von Eiichi und Eiji. Das Auffälligste an ihm ist sichtlich seine Kleidung, denn er wirkt wie aus einem Mafiafilm entsprungen und ist stets mit einer dicken Zigarre in der Hand zu sehen.
