Katsumi Liqueur ist ein Mitglied der AMP. Sie wurde am 1. August 2006 als Tochter von Gigelf und Fuyuka Liqueur in Hawaii (USA) geboren (ihr Alter bezieht sich auf die Zeitlinie in der TV-Serie, nicht auf die der beiden Movies bzw. des Manga). Katsumi besitzt als Nachkomme des größten Magiers seiner Zeit ebenfalls außergewöhnliche magische Fähigkeiten.

Ihre Fähigkeiten resultieren daraus, dass sie - wie wohl auch ihr Vater Gigelf - mit den Lucifer Hawk verwandt ist. Streng genommen ist sie also ein Halbdämon, was aber erst in Episode 12 klar wird.
